The Rally Rzeszowski 2009 is finished. Unfortunately it was not a lucky event. On the gravel section of stage no.6 (Korczyna) we went into the ditch and hit the bridge that is used to drive in to the field. We had even more bad luck because the bridge was made from stones, asphalt and soil. We thought that we lost the front left wheel, but after some time I realized that the wheel is only little bit moved backwards. There was no chance to continue rally because there was no room to safely remove car from the ditch. The stage was very tuff at that place. We are missing the kilometers of the rally that we were not able to do but "everything that will not kill us, will make us stronger". We are thinking about next Polish Rally Cup round Rally Dolnośląski. The car is in Lukasz's garage and the body work will be finished soon.
